Our packages have been put together using all our expertise to make it as easy and affordable as possible to let your property quickly.

What packages do we offer ?

We have put together two turn key packages. Turn key packages are essential when renting out an apartment in Budapest. As it includes everything needed by a prospective tennant. Our Professional Package is ideal for landlords wishing to purchase a basic all inclusive rental package. Our Luxury Package is ideal for landlords seeking young professional or corporate tenants.

What is the buying process?

  1. Choose Your Furniture - You should start by choosing your preferred furniture package. You can do this by downloading our online brochure.

  2. Get a Quote - To get started you need to get a quote from us that is a binding furnishing offer. Just fill in our online contact form or telephone our Freephone number, and we will usually give you a quote within 48 hours.

  3. Pay - After confirming your "go-ahead" you will receive an order form and payment instructions. We need to receive the full payment by a SWIFT transfer in order to start manufacturing and delivery.

What is the delivery process and period?

Delivery is usually 6 to 8 weeks from receiving your payment. This of course is dependant on completion of your property and having access to it. Obviously with many apartments in a development completing at once, we work on a strictly first come basis.

What happens after installation?

We will check that everything has been installed to our satisfaction and produce a snagging list. We will then take photographs to be used in conjunction with our Management and Rental Service.
